Fetch Modus: Clam- Object is sealed within a clam, and must be retrieved the same method one would retrieve a pearl.

Lusus: A colossal sea scorpion. (Seriously huge, It can hold Almera in one claw with ease)

Hive: An immense underwater palace that is partly built from the metallic parts of sunken ships. A special, water-tight room with a thick viewing window is set aside for her ancestor’s special ‘object’, which would rot away if exposed to the water.

Hobbies and likes: Making strings of pearls (Not to wear, to decorate her hive), writing romance stories based around the quadrants ( All the quadrants, ALL OF THEM), hitching rides to the shore on her lusus (Kinyon can’t exactly pop in for a chat since she lives underwater so she goes to him), having one-sided conversations with The Engineer ( He’s dead and taxidermied, but it entertains her when she’s lonely and no one is online), Flawed things, chatting with Epaoni ( he’s relatively nice to her and she feels guilty about what happened to him because she was there and she could have stopped him but didn’t), Bariex ( she has a flush crush on him but it’s most definitely not reciprocated…Bariex is terrified of her and already has a matespirit), prying open clams and oysters ( gotta get her pearls from somewhere) and welding ( Kinyon got her hooked on making metal sculptures).

Worries and dislikes: Dying at the hands of her predecessor, being culled, Epaoni not liking her any more ( He’s her friend and one of the few who willingly talks to her on a regular basis), her lusus’s hugs ( claws were NOT made for hugging), Single horned hoof-beasts ( Bad encounter with one), Sebeli ( Calignously of course) Sirvat ( Annoys the hell out of her) Kinyon’s lusus ( it creeps her out) and many other minor things.

Personality: Almera comes off as aggressive at first. This is mostly because she’s trying to make herself strong enough to kill her predecessor, even if it means provoking others into fighting. When alone or around her moirail she’s a lot softer spoken and kind, as she doesn’t have to appear tough around him (they fought when they first met, Kinyon won but spared her, they eventually became moirails after befriending eachother) or when she’s alone. She knows Bariex will never feel the same way about her but she cannot help it, she’s lonely and often scares off potential red suitors intentionally or unintentionally ( often because they’re not interested or looking to fill a different quadrant with her). As she gets older she mellows, being less aggressive and more serious.

Ancestor: The Imperium- A vain perfectionist of an Empress who was only satisfied with absolutely impeccable things and saw whatever she liked, whether it was troll or other as her property. When her lime blooded moirail died trying to create the perfect military drone for her, she had him preserved, stuffed and posed and had him put into a special watertight room in her hive so that she’d never be without him. The guilt and grief over his death eventually got to her, causing her to quite literally not want to live on Alternia anymore. She eventually took to the stars, dragging all adult trolls with her because if she didn’t want to live on the planet, no adult troll would be allowed to.
